The role: Perform effective diary management for the Directors. Hold weekly meetings with the Directors to ensure progress on outstanding actions. Draft correspondence, send emails and relay messages on behalf of the Directors. Arrange company meetings, prepare agendas, chair meetings, take minutes. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Directors. Build strong and professional relationships with the Directors and management team. Make considered low level decisions on behalf of the Directors where appropriate. Provide wider executive administrative support. Organise travel and logistical arrangements. Support the preparation of client meetings (internal and external) where required. Support the HR and Facilities teams to coordinate internal company meetings and events. Adhere to purchase order processes and be the nominated buyer for purchases.
