Join to apply for the Oracle EPM Support Analyst role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam
* Provide functional/technical expertise to support Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting processes.
* Manage client's EPBCS applications including metadata updates, data uploads, mapping tables, and security provisioning
* Troubleshoot and develop EPM Reports and Smart View templates/files
* Troubleshoot financial statement disconnects to source system(s)
* Manage EPM Automate
* Maintain Business Rules, calculation & aggregation script logic, rules and files
* The person playing this role will build working relationships with key client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams.
* The role will report into the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account along with being part of the Applications Management practice.

* Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
* Critical thinking and analytical background
* Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) or experienced with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), including modules-based planning (Financials, Workforce, Capital Expense, and Projects Planning)
* Oracle EPM Cloud Data Exchange (Data Management) and/or FDMEE\FDM
* Experience building reports in Oracle Smart View
* Building report with Oracle Cloud EPM Reports
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
* Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Nice to Have:
* Working knowledge with additional Oracle Cloud EPM business processes (Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, Enterprise Data Management, Profitability & Cost Management, and/or FreeForm)
* Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity; a consultant to the client and projects in a technical capacity; able to design new applications using information gathered up front
* Recent working experience with PBCS or EPBCS implementations
* Experience with Hyperion Planning Workforce Planning and Capital Expense Planning modules
