Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of medicine management during your shift — ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
2. Build the positive reputation of the business; liaise professionally with visitors and external stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines — proactively identify, investigate, and resolve risks.
4. Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.

* Ability to lead a team, analyze problems, and propose solutions or improvements.
* Effective communication skills and ability to develop professional relationships.
* Understanding and effective use of IT and communication systems required for the role.

* Experience delivering nursing care within the mental health sector.
