Permanent,full time 37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis
£28,822 per annum plus van great benefits including matching pension contributions

What youll do
1. As Semi-skilled Construction Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
2. Supporting our trades team across a range of repairs, maintenance and property refurbishment tasks including Joiners, Roofers, Decorators, Bricklayers, Plumbers etc.
3. Site activities including clearing, disposals, driving and storage of materials. Youll support us to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes.
4. Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
