An opportunity has arisen to recruit an assistant practitioner in the Conwy Locality. This is a new role working within the district nursing team. The successful applicant will have a Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (level 4), an essential qualification for consideration.
Main duties of the job
The district nursing team supports and cares for residents in the community. This enhanced role requires the ability to travel between patients' homes within towns and rural areas in a timely manner. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, though Welsh and English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement: Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (level 4).
