Job responsibilities
Working as a Project Manager your role will include:
* Triaging, development, and ownership of product packaging requests, ensuring all information is supplied to successfully kick off and complete a project all the way through to project closedown.
* Using our internal systems to set project statuses, review requirements and assign relevant tasks.
* Chasing up information from our manufacturers to help complete projects and answering relevant supplier questions.
* Providing quality assurance of simple/low complexity print artwork when required and owning proofing workflows to ensure deadlines don’t slip.
* Ensuring the wider Creative Services team have all the information required to complete projects on time.
* Supporting the department to streamline the delivery of projects, with a focus on increasing efficiency and decreasing cost and time.
* Managing the onboarding process of new lines, ensuring that the relevant copy, photography, pricing and weights and measures have been collated. Communicate launches to the business.
