Role Description
As the Head of Partnerships / Commercial Lead at Fashoma, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and grow partnerships within the retail tech industry. This is a full-time, on-site position. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships. You will lead the commercial department, manage key accounts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the growth direction of the company. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align business goals with partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
* Experience in partnership development, contract negotiation, and maintaining strategic collaborations
* Strong business acumen, including commercial strategy and market analysis
* Effective leadership and communication skills to manage key accounts and collaborate across teams
* Proficiency in retail technology, digital transformation, or related industries
* Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
* Proven track record in driving business growth, achieving targets, and managing client relationships
* Relevant experience in a startup environment and familiarity with scaling businesses is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A current tier 1 fashion client base is an advantage.
