This role is\nideal for a strong Early Years leader who enjoys developing teams, driving\nstandards and creating a nursery culture where both children and teams thrive.\nYou will be joining a stable nursery with supportive senior leadership, strong\nteam foundations and the freedom to lead your setting with confidence.

*As Nursery\nManager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining\nhigh standards across the setting. Leading, motivating, and\n developing your nursery team
Ensuring EYFS and safeguarding\n compliance
Building strong parent\n partnerships
Driving occupancy and overall\n nursery performance
Leading Ofsted preparation and\n inspections
Supporting staff development and\n wellbeing
Full and relevant Level 3\n Childcare qualification
Previous Nursery Management\n experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS and\n safeguarding
Experience leading teams within\n Early Years
Passion for delivering\n high-quality childcare and education
Level 5 qualification in\n Childcare, Leadership, or Management
Experience achieving Good or\n Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
