Salary & Benefits

Working Hours
A structured 5-day rota working pattern, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off. No Sunday working required — providing an excellent work-life balance rarely found within the motor industry.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance, leadership and operational excellence of the Sales Department, ensuring every aspect of the Porsche customer experience reflects the standards of this globally recognised luxury brand.
Leadership & Team Development
1. Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing Porsche Sales team and support departments.
2. Develop a culture centred around excellence, accountability and exceptional customer care.
3. Recruit, coach and develop talented individuals capable of delivering premium customer experiences.
4. Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews to maximise team capability.
5. Lead by example through professionalism, energy and a passion for the Porsche brand.
Commercial Strategy & Sales Performance
6. Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Porsche objectives and retailer targets.
8. Maximise finance penetration, value-added products and overall departmental profitability.
9. Analyse KPIs, conversion metrics and market opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
10. Oversee used vehicle stock management, pricing strategy and vehicle presentation standards.
11. Ensure all resources, budgets and operational processes are effectively managed to maximise commercial success.
Porsche Customer Experience
12. Champion a luxury customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations at every stage of the ownership journey.
13. Ensure showroom presentation, digital presence and customer environments reflect Porsche standards.
14. Lead best-in-class enquiry management and customer follow-up processes.
15. Personally manage complex customer situations with professionalism, empathy and integrity.
16. Create an environment where customers feel valued, welcomed and excited to engage with the Porsche brand.
Operational Excellence
17. Ensure full compliance with Porsche standards, FCA regulations, Health & Safety and company policies.
18. Work collaboratively with Aftersales, Marketing and senior leadership teams to maximise overall Centre performance.
19. Drive operational efficiency and seamless communication across all departments.
20. Maintain exceptional standards across reporting, processes and retailer operations.
About You
We are looking for an exceptional automotive leader with the drive, presence and professionalism to succeed within a premium luxury environment.
You will bring:
21. Proven experience within a Dealership as a Sales Manager or senior leadership position.
22. Experience within a prestige or luxury automotive brand would be highly advantageous.
23. A strong track record of delivering outstanding commercial performance and customer satisfaction
24. Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams within a franchised dealership environment.
25. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and drive results.
26. Expertise across new and used vehicle operations, stock management and forecasting.
27. A leadership style that inspires confidence, accountability and high performance.
28. Exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
29. A genuine passion for luxury automotive retail and the Porsche brand.
