The opportunity:
Markerstudy is one of the UK's leading insurance groups, with a fast-growing Commercial business at the heart of our strategy. We're looking for a Governance Oversight Manager to play a critical leadership role in ensuring strong customer outcomes, robust product governance, and regulatory compliance across our Commercial portfolio.
This is a high-impact role sitting close to senior leadership, with real influence over how we design, govern and manage our commercial products and customer journeys.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll take ownership across several key governance pillars, including:
1. Product Governance: Leading Product Reviews, Fair Value Assessments, and Product Governance forums, ensuring robust governance across the Commercial product suite
2. Customer & Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty, GIPP reforms and FCA expectations, with clear, insightful reporting to senior forums
3. Customer Committees & MI: Owning Commercial customer committee reporting, aligning insight to agreed customer outcome pillars
