3. Engage with customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
4. Turn complex situations into positive outcomes with empathy and efficiency.

6. Accurately log customer interactions to help track performance and identify trends.
7. Identify trends and share findings with the wider team.
8. Escalate any complex queries to senior team members.
9. Liase with the wider business to resolve complex issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Aftersales Advisor should have:
10. Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.
11. Confident communication and active listening skills.
12. Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
13. Comfortable in using CRM systems.

15. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
