Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civils Aberdeen We are working with a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their Aberdeen operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering packages across the region. The Role You will take responsibility for the commercial management of groundworks and civil engineering projects from pre-contract through to final account. Key responsibilities include: Commercial management of groundworks and civils packages Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts Valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations Measurement and valuation of works on site Identifying, pricing, and negotiating variations Managing commercial risk and opportunity Producing accurate cost and value reports Working closely with site engineers and project managers About You We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have hands-on experience within groundworks and civil engineering projects.
