BTG Eddison’s is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Surveyor to join our Asset Management team in Leeds. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently working in a mechanical or electrical engineering role and studying towards a BTEC, HNC, or HND in building services or an engineering-related discipline. Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical asset surveys, plant condition assessments, and asset verification across a diverse portfolio of buildings. Full training, mentoring, and long‑term development opportunities are provided. Key Responsibilities * Assisting senior surveyors with mechanical and electrical asset surveys. * Logging, tagging, and reporting on building services equipment. * Supporting plantroom inspections and condition assessments. * Recording and verifying data relating to heating, ventilation, HVAC, and electrical systems. * Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary surveying team. * Producing clear, accurate survey notes and digital records using asset management software.
