Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Bournemouth, BH10
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Salary: Competitive rate of pay (to be discussed at interview)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing administrative support across the business
· Answering and directing calls with an excellent telephone manner
· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
· Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and general office duties
· Supporting colleagues and management with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
· Previous experience working in a busy office environment
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Preferably a full UK Driving Licence (as may need to cover absence/holidays in our Ringwood, sister office).
