Are you an experienced EYFS practitioner (from a school or PVI setting), or an Early Years ECT looking to build confidence before stepping into a teaching role? A rural primary school near Penzance is developing its Early Years provision and is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner to join the team from September 2025.
We are inviting you to be part of this exciting transformation. The nursery is not just a space for learning—it’s a vibrant, nurturing environment where curiosity is sparked, imaginations are ignited, and foundational skills are developed. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
This role offers:
Full-time, temporary to permanent opportunity
£95–£105 per day, paid weekly via PAYE
Training provided for the right candidate, with a clear route to HLTA
A chance to work closely with class teachers, support EYFS learners, and lead small group activities
A welcoming rural school setting with strong values and a supportive team
A driving licence is preferred due to limited transport links. This role is offered through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
