Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Acting as Incident Controller during emergencies, ensuring effective coordination and communication. Leading the Security Response Team during security breaches, fire alarms, medical incidents, and confined space emergencies. Maintaining operational readiness of vehicles, equipment, and rescue apparatus. Conducting on‑shift briefings, welfare checks, and training updates. Overseeing patrols, access control, control room activities, CCTV monitoring, and incident logging. Ensuring compliance with site regulations, Securitas standards, and health & safety procedures. Completing thorough incident reports, debriefs, investigations, and handovers. Supporting audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
