We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to support our hiring needs across technical and product roles. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours, ideal for a proactive recruiter who can independently manage sourcing, screening, and pipeline coordination in competitive talent markets.
The roles will primarily include mid to senior-level positions such as Backend, Frontend, and Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other digital or technology-focused profiles. We are looking for someone who understands how to identify qualified candidates beyond keyword matching and can effectively engage both active and passive talent.
The selected recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage. Responsibilities include actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals; conducting structured initial screenings to evaluate technical background, communication skills, and overall fit; presenting well-qualified shortlists with clear notes; coordinating interview processes with hiring managers; and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking with regular updates.
Candidates should have proven experience recruiting for IT or digital roles, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Clear English communication, organization, and reliability are essential. Experience recruiting within specific regional markets is a plus, and access to sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.
This is a project-based or ongoing freelance engagement. Compensation structure can be discussed (hourly or per placement). We are ready to begin immediately and are looking for a recruiter who combines structured execution with proactive talent engagement.
