Appreciation for the business context of the units and locations supported, including SHE implications. Responsibilities: I will provide professional and accurate SHE advice on legislation requirements and ensure compliance with company SHE procedures across business units. I will conduct SHE audits and inspections according to internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001 requirements, adhering to the communicated schedule. I will investigate SHE accidents, incidents, and non-conformances, producing comprehensive reports with root cause analysis in line with procedural requirements. I will support SHE workshops and training sessions conducted within business areas. I will assist in the delivery of existing and new SHE management systems. I will conduct SHE process audits in accordance with internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001. I will participate in and support wider SHE activities, including public and promotional events. I will actively seek innovations for improving SHE delivery and pursue my professional development. I will embrace and demonstrate positive SHE behaviors.
