We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security‑led Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team, working for one of our high‑profile clients in Bristol, BS16 1EJ.
STARS at Securitas provide a “two roles in one” service to our clients, their staff, visitors and customers, combining excellent customer service across reception, front of house, concierge, facilities and vendor management with a discreet and vigilant security service.
Working Hours & Compensation
* Average 42 hours per week
* Shift pattern: 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off
* Hours: 07:00‑19:00 / 19:00‑07:00
* £13.61 per hour
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors professionally and personably
* Deliver a consistently high‑end, customer‑focused experience
* Embody a high‑performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
* Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard
* Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to create a great front‑of‑house environment
* Assist in emergency situations
* Provide timely and accurate information
* Respond appropriately to varying and fast‑changing priorities
* Build strong rapport with recurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors)
* Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that aligns with their values, brand identity and culture
Qualifications
* 5‑year checkable history
* Exceptional customer‑service skills
* Computer‑literate
* Must have or be willing to achieve:
o Valid SIA Licence
o BPSS
o SC Clearance (requires residency in the UK for a minimum of 5 years)
Essential Skills

* Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication skills
