Your Role as Camp Manager
You'll be responsible for leading and supporting your team to:
* Deliver safe, engaging and enriching, and inspiring activities.
* Maintain the highest standards in safeguarding, food hygiene, and health & safety.
* Provide exceptional service to families, ensuring they feel part of our GO GO Makers community.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and fun environment where children thrive.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about inspiring young minds and creating long-lasting memories.
* A confident leader who motivates teams with energy and care.
* Professional, approachable, and committed to safeguarding children.
* Organised and adaptable, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
* Experience of managing a team or looking for a next step into management.
* At least 2 years of childcare experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
* Paediatric First Aid training (training will be given)
* Exceptional customer relations and customer service skills.
* A genuine love for working as part of a team and achieving individual goals.
* Above all, a love for working with children

Contracts available for Holiday Camps, Term-Time Clubs, and Half-Term Camps
