Role Purpose
To undertake structured and role-based training across several departments within the business to gain knowledge of the Company processes and procedures whilst completing the Enshore Graduate Development Programme (Project Engineering) and Engineering focused tasks as directed by your mentors and Line Management. On successful completion of the Graduate Development Programme, the Graduate shall be assessed for promotion to Project Engineer.
The post holder is required to work both on and offshore, as well as remote postings in client offices for periods of time as required by the company.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Follow the Project Engineering Graduate programme as directed by the Company.
Ensure personal compliance with all HSEQS requirements, company policies, processes and procedures.
In all phases of operations, due consideration shall be given to the safety and occupational health of self and personnel, the environment and company assets. Line Managers are to ensure that all work is performed in conformance with HSEQS requirements set out by company and client and applicable statutory regulations.
In accordance with the structure and governance of the Company, the position holder is to inform their Line Manager of any matters of importance regarding department or the performance of the Company.
Key Tasks
The following tasks may be completed both Offshore and On Shore:
Complete all tasks as assigned by the relevant department head during each rotation.
Complete specific objectives as directed by the Company during their rotations.
Keep up to date learning logs of all tasks achieved within the Company.
To provide a written record showing achievement of set competencies at the end of each rotation to line managers.
Education and Qualifications Specific to Role
Essential Qualifications
Educated to Degree Level in a relevant Engineering Degree.
Desirable Qualifications or Equivalent Experience
Previous Engineering experience.
