Job Summary
With more than 5000 clubs worldwide, Anytime Fitness (AF) is the fastest growing fitness chain globally and this exciting 24/7 gym concept is now growing rapidly in the UK.
As Fitness Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Completing new member inductions
* Fitness Instruction
* Class Instruction
* Delivering AF member fitness journey programme
* Prospecting for new members and dealing with new sales enquiries
* Managing appointments and conducting facility tours
* Database management to aid member retention
* Development and promotion of AF Barnstaple and the AF brand generally
* Assisting in the development of AF culture within the club
* Operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the club
* Adherence to health & safety requirements
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional commission payable on achieving month targets.
Level 2/3 fitness qualification required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
