About The Cromwell Hospital
The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London serving UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, theatres, medical and surgical wards, cardiac centre, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and a new cath lab.
Our new modern Radiography department is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to include:
* One fluoroscopy suite, which can also be utilised as an additional X-Ray room
* One Cone Beam CT scanner
* One Bone Density scanner with advanced body composition analysis capabilities
* Four theatre image intensifiers
What you’ll do
The General X-Ray and Theatre Lead Radiographer will have responsibility for planning and delivery of current and future services that are responsive to the needs of patients and the organisation, within available resources, underpinned by relevant specialist knowledge and skills.
You’ll provide clinical expertise, operational and strategic business planning and leadership to the Theatre, Fluoroscopy, and general Radiology Department at Cromwell Hospital.
You’ll create a positive and inclusive culture and environment for staff and patients, delivering high quality care and outstanding service.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* State Registered Radiographer with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) – essential
* Substantial post graduate experience in radiology at a senior level – essential
* Membership of appropriate professional body and/or clinical interest group
