Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets to enable students to reach their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people, following relevant policies.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in all teaching activities.
5. Set regular homework to consolidate learning and encourage student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement and take appropriate actions based on outcomes.
7. Act as a positive role model through professional conduct and presentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary or higher education levels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
