Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Top 20 firm based in Brighton for a Mixed Tax Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for a CTA-qualified professional with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join a rapidly growing firm. Main responsibilities
1. Tax Advisory Projects: Collaborating with the tax partner on various advisory projects, including creating employee incentive plans, business restructuring, estate tax strategies, and more.
2. Client Consultation: Providing tax guidance to a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and UK businesses with global interests.
3. Compliance Oversight: Conducting compliance audits and managing key filings such as P11D forms, EMI returns, and reports on property capital gains.
4. Strategic Tax Guidance: Engaging in advanced planning across areas such as trusts, VAT, inheritance, and capital gains.
5. Team Leadership: Offering mentorship and hands-on training to junior team members, ensuring compliance and quality across the board.
Candidate Requirements
6. Fully qualified CTA with 2-5 years of post-certification experience.
7. Currently employed in a multi-discipline tax advisory role with a strong focus on strategic consultation.
8. Expertise in various tax areas, including corporate, VAT, estate planning, capital gains, and international tax issues.
9. Experience working with entrepreneurs, private individuals, and global business entities.
10. Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage complex tax situations effectively.
