Job Description
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Restorative and Cosmetic Dentist to join our distinguished dental team, working alongside Specialist Oral Surgeon Mr. Robert Dyas. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented clinician to become the sole Cosmetic Dentist within our practice.
1. Start Date: End of January 2026 however a flexible start will be considered for this role.
2. Days and Hours: Surgery space available across Thursdays 08:00 - 17:00 and alternate Wednesdays 08:00 - 17:00 - there is flexibility on the finishing time.
3. Role has become available due to a clinician relocating to Cumbria
4. Clinician required must be enthusiastic with significant interest in cosmetic dentistry, including cosmetic dental procedures, veneers, teeth whitening and Invisalign.
5. Perform a wide range of cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, teeth whitening and general dentistry.
6. Local parking to the practice, a short few minutes walk away
7. High hourly rate - book is a mix of existing patients and a book build.
8. CBCT Scanner and treatment planning software, Trios 3Shape Digital Scanner, PMS airflow and Aquacare Air-Abraision unit
9. Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
10. Utilize advanced dental imaging technology to diagnose and plan cosmetic treatments
11. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
12. Collaborate with dental specialists and lab technicians to ensure optimal results
13. Stay updated on the latest cosmetic dentistry techniques and technologies
14. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
15. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications
16. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required
17. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry
18. Proficiency in using dental imaging technology CS8100 CBCT Scanner and treatment planning software
19. Proficiency in using Trios 3Shape Digital Scanner
20. Strong knowledge of dental materials and their applications in cosmetic dentistry
21. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
22. Outstanding patient communication and interpersonal skills
23. Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in cosmetic dentistry
24. Membership in relevant professional organizations, such as the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, is preferred
25. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
26. Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and achieving high levels of patient satisfaction
