BMS Project Engineer - Consultancy (NI Based, London Project Delivery 60-70%) Client A rare opportunity to join a leading NI Smart Buildings specialist who are expanding their delivery team. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality integrated BMS / Smart Building projects across the commercial built environment, with a major focus on hyperscale data centre projects in London. The role is although NI-based, will require approximately 60-70% of your time spent in London delivering large-scale BMS projects on hyperscale data centre sites. The Ideal Person Essential - proven BMS experience on hyperscale data centre projects Experience working with Tridium and/or Schneider BMS systems Good understanding of HVAC controls and Smart Building integration Previous experience delivering BMS projects (design ? commissioning ? handover) Strong coordination skills - able to liaise with clients, FM teams and M&E contractors Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel to London on a regular basis (60-70%) Responsibilities As a BMS Project Engineer you will take ownership of your own projects - predominantly London-based hyperscale data centres - while being based out of the Lisburn office.
