Qualifications & Requirements
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
* Must be a driver with access to your own car.
* Female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010 due to specific client care needs.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Reliable, compassionate, and willing to complete specialist training.
Responsibilities
* Providing dedicated care to clients with complex clinical needs, including ventilation support.
* PEG feeding.
* Medication management and clinical observations.
* Personal care and moving & handling.
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals.
* Working consistent shifts with the same client(s), either solo or as part of a double‑up team.
* Shifts: Day shifts 3.30 PM -7 PM and also 12 h day shifts.
