With increasing demand from Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, we're now seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth. The Opportunity This is a high-impact role selling offsite construction solutions into main contractors, developers, and key supply chain decision-makers. You'll be at the forefront of major UK construction schemes-winning projects, building relationships, and championing innovative modular delivery. What You'll Do Develop new business with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors across the UK Manage key client accounts and long-term relationships Lead pitches, tender submissions and commercial negotiations Understand project needs and tailor solutions accordingly Track market trends and pipeline opportunities We're Looking For ? Proven background in B2B sales within construction products or solutions ? Experience selling into main contractors / Tier 1s & Tier 2s ? Excellent communication, commercial and negotiation skills ?
