Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant:
* Customer service - Engage with customers and deliver an exceptional experience, whilst building long term relationships.
* Product knowledge - Stay up-to-date with the latest haircare products trends, and ingredients to offer informed guidance and foster brand loyalty.
* Sales & Targets - Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Brand Ambassadorship - Represent the brand with professionalism, embodying its values and commitment to quality and luxury.
