The Team & Focus of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team of Residential Lettings professionals. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a professional service is delivered to landlords and tenants while maintaining compliance with current lettings legislation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional to join an established residential lettings team and play a key role in the management of a growing property portfolio.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours) role, based at our office in Worcester.

Duties will include:
* Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Arrange and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
* Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports
* Prepare property management reports and maintain accurate records
* Manage deposit returns and tenancy-related matters
* Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
* Use property management systems and spreadsheets to track property activity, maintenance, and compliance
The successful candidate will have...
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings or property management
* ARLA Propertymark qualified or working towards (preferred)
* Full clean UK driving licence and own car required
* Some UK travel required (expenses covered)
* Strong knowledge and understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
* Experience using property management systems and spreadsheets
* Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills
