Our products include the GC3, GCQuad, and GCHawk Launch Monitors, as well as full immersion indoor golf simulators, coaching and fitting studios, and driving range solutions.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Customer Support professional who is passionate about golf and technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Create support tickets from all telephone calls to the support department.
2. Update support tickets from all emails sent into the support department, establishing relevant information via phone communication.
3. Create support tickets from the webchat facility.
4. Follow up on support tickets via phone, especially those generated by the Auto-Bot webchat.
5. Create and update support tickets via TEAMs.
6. Administer SPAM tickets within the support system.
7. Manage the loan fleet, communicating with customers about arrivals and collections.
8. Perform daily checks for software/hardware updates across the Foresight range and communicate updates to the team, business, and VIP customers.
9. Assist in maintaining our Simulation/Demo environment.
