As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
Sales Revenue Growth
Achieve personal KPIs and targets, and as part of the wider sales team
Review your own sales performance, and make accurate target commits for your monthly sales
Assist Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with the delivery of the sales strategy
Awareness of emerging markets and market shifts while being fully informed of new products and competition status and pricing
Assist Head of Sales and Sales Team Managers with personal and team ongoing training as required
Reporting and Compliance
Proficient use of CRM / Microsoft / Sales Software tools
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Experience in a SaaS Sales role
Operations experience at a manager level in the hospitality industry, preferably in the F&B sector, is desirable
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
