Job Description:
* We are seeking an experienced Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and be able to provide expert support across a range of matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases.
2. Provide timely and empathetic guidance to employees and line managers throughout case processes.
3. Support line managers in chairing and managing investigations, absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
4. Apply coaching skills to build capability within the business.
5. Conduct risk-based analysis to recommend appropriate case outcomes.
6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure aligned HR advice.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of employee relations issues in a complex business environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
* Confident and professional communication skills.
* Customer-oriented approach with focus on service delivery.
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
