What you'll be doing
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in developing our actuarial data capabilities. You will lead the creation of scalable data pipelines and architectures that support our analytics efforts, ensuring they are durable and adaptable. Working closely with the Head of Analytics Engineering, you will help define and execute the team’s strategy, mentor junior engineers, and foster their development.
You should have strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and DevOps practices, with familiarity in the Azure ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing reusable Azure modules to improve automation and insights, and participating in technical discussions to promote simplicity and effectiveness.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work with actuarial SMEs, product teams, and other engineers to deliver practical solutions to real business challenges. You will also promote a culture of knowledge sharing, inclusivity, and innovation to ensure our team continues to grow and deliver value.
