What does being a Brand Ambassador mean?
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent a top employer at your university, promoting their opportunities and helping students discover exciting career paths. Each campaign is unique and tailored to the employer, making your experience both fun and rewarding.
What You'll Do:
* Work towards exciting objectives set by On-Campus Promotions and your chosen employer
* Collaborate with university clubs and societies to spread awareness
* Host on-campus activities like stalls, lecture shout-outs, or “Meet the Brand Ambassador” events
* Share engaging content via your social channels
* Promote newsletters, reels, and graphics to boost campaign reach
* Collect feedback and provide insights to the On-Campus Promotions team

* £14.15 per hour pay plus potential bonuses
* Personalised training with your employer, including a training day at their HQ
* Insight into graduate/undergraduate roles and application processes
* CV-boosting experience in marketing, communication, and brand promotion
* Regular support from the On-Campus Promotions team and your fellow Brand Ambassadors
Requirements:
* Availability for 2-3 hours per week during the specified campaign period
* Comfortable working independently, both on campus and on social media
* Confident working independently and managing your time
* Active on social media and keen to create content
* Passionate about representing your chosen employer
* Member of at least one university society
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Able to stay in regular contact via our mobile app
The application process:
The Brand Ambassador application process can differ campaign to campaign.
However generally speaking is as follows:
1. Employer specific questions
2. Short 2 minute creative video
Each campaign has its own eligibility criteria, which can be found on each job advert. Alternatively, you will receive an email from the manager of that campaign if you are or are not eligible to apply.
