Full-Time Cleaner

What We Offer:
Various locations across Leicester
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

A supportive team environmentYour Responsibilities:
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
Completing all cleaning tasks to a compliant standard within specified timeframes
Reporting completed cleans to your Line Manager and updating the system
Ensuring the safety of all service users while performing your duties
Using cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with guidelines
Wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks
Notifying the Maintenance Administration Department of any safety concerns
Checking property reports (e.g., asbestos, dangerous persons) before starting work
Cleaning carpets using appropriate equipment and PPE as required
Collaborating with team members across geographical areas to foster a 'one team' approach
Completing mandatory training to ensure competency in your roleMaterials Management:
Purchase materials only from approved suppliers, keeping receipts for accountability
Replenish stock inventory as needed and update your Line ManagerWaste Disposal:
Remove waste from properties and ensure it is disposed of in approved areas, recycling whenever possibleHealth & Safety:
Adhere to all Health & Safety standards, including COSHH regulationsEssential Qualifications:
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region and occasionally across the UK
Competency in using IT
Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDesirable Experience:
Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations
Experience working as part of a team
Skills in managing time effectively
