Job Title: Office Life and Services Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Office-based, Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Office Life and Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and develop their administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as required
* Receive and distribute post and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
* Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
* Support with planning and coordination of internal and external events
* Assist with ad hoc tasks and requests as required
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A polite and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
* Graphic design skills or experience is a plus, but not essential
