We are seeking the right person to take the lead on shaping and delivering an exceptional employee experience. This role will champion our values, strengthen our culture, and ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding to development, performance, and wellbeing feels engaging, consistent and connected to our purpose.
You'll lead the People Plan, manage the day‑to‑day employee experience, and act as the first point of contact for all People and Culture‑related matters. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll introduce initiatives that embed our values, support organisational change, strengthen leadership capability, and build a culture where colleagues feel empowered, valued and supported, and able to bring their best to work.
You will manage the Business Support Officer, ensuring high‑quality operational support underpins an excellent people experience.
Using organisational insights, people data and feedback, you will evaluate the impact of our Organisational Development (OD) activity and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
Significant experience in a fast-paced Human Resources (HR) or people-focused role with a strong track record across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and payroll.
CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7) with experience leading OD and cultural initiatives.
Demonstrable ability to handle confidential information with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Proven strategic leadership in developing people, culture, and OD approaches.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Hours and salary
This is intended to be a full-time role but part-time will be considered. The successful applicant is expected to work a minimum of two days per week in the office.
The salary is in the range of £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience.
