We're recruiting a Finance Business Partner - Reporting to join our client's Financial Planning & Strategy Team in a newly created role supporting the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance.
This is a senior, influential position where you'll lead the development of high-quality financial reporting that drives strategic decision-making across the business.
🔎 About the role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll act as the lead for reporting and financial information. You'll work closely with Finance colleagues and senior stakeholders, to ensure reporting is accessible, accurate, timely and meaningful.
This role has a strong focus on improving systems, automation and insights.
🧩 Key responsibilities
Design and maintain a new monthly financial reporting pack.
Coordinate monthly reporting production and ensure consistency across the business.
Review and improve the chart of accounts and reporting structures to reduce manual intervention.
Lead the replacement of the current budgeting and forecasting tool, from selection through to implementation.
Produce ad-hoc reporting and management information to support business cases and strategic decisions.
Provide strategic financial insight, recommendations and analysis to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and change across finance processes.
Build strong relationships and provide leadership and coaching to finance colleagues and stakeholders.

You'll be a senior finance professional with strong experience in:
Financial reporting and management information.
Budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
Systems improvement and automation.
Partnering with senior stakeholders.
Translating complex financial data into clear, strategic insight.
You'll be comfortable operating at executive level and influencing decision-making in a complex organisation.
