ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
* Ensure focus on building the right products, building them right, and building them fast.
* Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
* Monitor progress and report on status to management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
* Gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
* Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and Insurance.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance with a track record of successful technology solutions.
* Possess flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
* Able to leverage AI for efficiency and opportunities.
