What You'll Be Doing Making sales calls to potential clients and candidates - confidently, consistently, and with purpose. Generating new business by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and building your own client base. Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, becoming their go-to contact. Managing the recruitment process from first call to final placement, keeping everything moving in a fast-paced environment. Working to targets and pushing yourself to hit and exceed them.
