About The Role
EKFB is appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section between Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. We are recruiting a Site Engineer with Structures experience to join our team in Brackley.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, and materials to meet required standards, programme and budget. You will coordinate with the setting‑out team, manage junior engineers, resolve technical problems on site in liaison with senior team and Sub‑Agent, and monitor subcontractors’ performance to contractual requirements.
You will ensure the team has current information and resources, assist with producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent, and working towards ICE membership.
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
* Experience in heavy structures or drainage is essential.
* CSCS card is required (Black, Gold, White, White/Yellow, Red Experienced or Red Provisional (6 months)).
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
