Job Title: Business Change Manager - Bicester
Location: WFH / Bicester, Oxford - Once a week on-site at least
Salary/Rate: Up to £567 a day Inside ir35
Start Date: October 2025
Job Type: 6-month contract (With scope to extend)
Company Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to join our professional services client, to work on a high level Retail Sector project in Bicester.
The successful candidate must be able to work on site in Bicester at least once a week
Responsibilities/Objectives
* Developing and owning the business change management strategy, ensuring alignment with programme objectives
* Identifying key change impacts on business processes and operating models
* Managing stakeholder engagement, including planning, and facilitating workshops and meetings where relevant
* Designing and delivering communication strategies tailored for different audiences
* Assessing and improving business readiness for change, monitoring adoption rates, and driving continuous improvement
* Coordinating training needs and capability building, in collaboration with relevant partners
* Promoting cultural and behavioural change aligned with programme vision, and constructively addressing resistance
* In collaboration with Project Managers, managing risks and issues related to change, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring lessons learned are captured
* Translating technical deliverables into meaningful impacts for business users, and representing the voice of the business in key forums
Required Skills/Experience
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to communicate complex ideas simply
* Understanding of digital technologies and their impact on business processes and people
* Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive, results-oriented mindset
* Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects
