Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Target Zero Group, 33 Robjohns Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3AG

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Contract: Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Chelmsford office. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients, trainers, and delegates receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing course bookings through our Manage My Courses system.
* Processing delegate information, issuing joining instructions, and supporting with certification.
* Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries in a professional manner.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Supporting trainers and assessors with course materials and documentation.
* Assisting with finance/admin tasks such as raising invoices and processing payments.
* General office support, including diary management, stock control, and ad-hoc tasks.

Skills & Experience

* Previous administration experience (training/education sector desirable but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and online systems.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
