Role Overview
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for delivering high-end breakfast offerings that set guests up for the day. The menu includes a wide range of options such as full English, continental styles, healthy pancakes, omelettes, and juices.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Breakfast Chef eager to develop and grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
* Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in breakfast cooking, with attention to detail and strong knowledge of culinary techniques.
* Ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure.
* Possession of NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, and a valid hygiene certificate.
* Experience working with fresh produce.
* Must be based in or be a resident of the United Kingdom, with proof of right to work (UK/EU citizen, ILR/PR status, or valid work permit with at least 2 years remaining).
