Our client is currently looking for a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join their team on a FIXED TERM 12 month contract for 15 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator:
* Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
* Process billing (including receive invoices, placing into the system, reconciling, posing)
* Process any manual billings for carrier accounts
* Communicate daily with key departments
* Undertake general day to day office administrative processes
* Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues
* Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills
* The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects
What you need to bring:
* Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious
* Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
