Ready to take the next step in your property management career? EC Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively on behalf of our client — a successful, privately owned property company — to recruit a proactive and people-focused Lettings & Property Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. You’ll be joining a business that genuinely looks after its staff, offering a welcoming, supportive culture with regular social events, professional development opportunities, and a strong sense of team spirit. What makes this role exciting? You'll take full ownership of your own portfolio — managing everything from viewings and tenancy paperwork to inspections and rent reviews. You’ll play a key part in keeping properties fully let and profitable — through sharp advertising, reducing voids, and delivering great service. Your attention to detail will shine through in everything from tenancy compliance to keeping systems up to date. Most importantly, you’ll be someone tenants trust — creating positive experiences and being there when they need support. What you’ll need to bring: Strong organisational skills and confidence managing your own diary. A friendly, professional manner and excellent communication skills. Great attention to detail and pride in doing things thoroughly. Confidence with Microsoft 365 and lettings/property systems. A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting stuck in. Why join this company? Our client is a privately owned business with a people-first approach.
