Your mission at Voi As a Fleet Specialist, you’ll help ensure our e-scooters and e-bikes are safe, ready to ride, and available where customers need them most. What you’ll be doing Collecting and delivering vehicles to support daily operations ⚙️ Finding and collecting damaged vehicles Battery swaps and replacements Quick on-site repairs when needed Diagnosing and repairing vehicles in the warehouse Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired ♻️ Supporting warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging) Helping the team with tasks like checking vehicle condition, clearing parking areas, and resetting fallen vehicles What you'll need to embark We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need: A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points, no major offences) and eligible for our e-van insurance Confidence driving in London and navigating the city A proactive, responsible mindset and strong teamwork skills A calm approach in busy or stressful situations (traffic, parking issues, etc.) Physical fitness to carry and move heavy loads Basic comfort with digital tools Please note: You may be required to complete a DBS check for this role Job conditions Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (Monday - Friday) Working hours: Middle shift (10:00–18:00) Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract Recruitment note: Our Talent Acquisition team is based in Spain, so you may receive a call from a 34 number Why Voi?
