Fire Safe Services is looking for a consummate Internal Accounts Co-ordinator. You’ll provide a high level of client service support and administration to ensure the smooth delivery of fire alarm and life safety projects and services. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, the sales team, technicians, and management, coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, tracking jobs, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient internal communication and follow-up. What you receive for joining us: We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and company pension. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 100% office based, based in Bromsgrove. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing: Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, account updates, and all client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Support customer relationship management by providing consistent, reliable service and proactive communication Manage job scheduling, tracking progress, and monitoring completion status to ensure deadlines and service levels are met. Liaise between sales, service, and operations teams to maintain clarity on job requirements, priorities, and client expectations Assist with the preparation and follow-up of quotes, proposals, and tenders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely client responses. Maintain up-to-date documentation within the CRM or service management system, including job files, compliance documentation, and customer reports Coordinate billing and administrative support by verifying completed work orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and job costing, and working with accounts receivable to resolve billing issues. Ensure all work orders and documentation meet regulatory, safety, and company standards for fire and life safety system Can you show experience in some of these areas? Experience in internal account management/coordination/B2B customer service, with the ability to manage inquiries, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships Background in scheduling, workflow management, or operations support, including tracking job progress and coordinating between internal teams Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or similar documentation, along with strong administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and CRM systems Familiarity with billing processes, job costing, and compliance or quality-assurance documentation Introducing our organisation: Fire Safe Services is a trusted provider of fire and security protection systems across commercial and industrial sectors.
